Med reference til den gamle Madness sang, så er det en del forsvarsspillere der savnes, for det gik desværre ikke i kampen mod Bristol City, hvor Pompey blev kørt over, og hvor Marlon Pack desværre stod noget forkert placeret ved de to første mål. Sådan er det når der er skader på centerbackerne.

Pompey skal holde fokus på at hente deres egne point og ikke fokusere på de andre hold

 “It’s a really poor result and performance and a disappointing way to follow up a couple of positive displays from us.

“One of the most frustrating things is that we actually started okay and were perhaps the better side for the first 15 minutes.

“We really shot ourselves in the foot for the first goal – I can live with that, but then we just went under.

“I don’t think we competed and the goal from the corner just summed it up. They had four contacts in our box, which never would have happened in that game at Fratton Park a few weeks ago.

“Back then we won everything and landed on the second balls, but this time it was just the complete opposite.

“The mood in the dressing room was naturally really low and that’s the way it should be – I don’t want anyone to be pleased with that.

“I have to pick the bones out of the match and I’m confident we’ll see a reaction, but there’s no reason why we can’t play away like we do at Fratton Park.”
