John Mousinho ble kåret til månedens manager i League One i februar.

NYHETER: Han vant prisen i september og nå er han for andre gang denne sesongen kåret til månedens manager i League One. Følgende rekke resultater for Pompey i februar sørget for at Mousinho vant:

4-1 mot Northampton, 1-0 mot Carlisle, 3-1 mot Cambridge, 4-1 mot Reading og 0-0 mot Charlton.

De andre nominerte var Barnsleys Neill Collins, Lincolns Michael Skubala and Leyton Orients Richie Wellens.

Når det gjelder prisen for månedens spiller i League One var Paddy Lane nominert, men han vant ikke. Vinneren ble Barnsleys Adam Phillips.

«It’s always nice to receive this accolade – but more important than any individual awards is that we can have a positive end to the season on the pitch. This is recognition of where our football club is at the moment and that is down to a lot of hard work from all the staff and players, so it’s thoroughly deserved.

I was really pleased with our form throughout February and special mention has to go to our amazing supporters – including those who backed us in such large numbers on the road at Carlisle and Charlton.
