“I thought we dominated the first half and although we didn’t create a huge amount, there were a couple of opportunities.
“We had quite a lot of shots from outside the box after the break and the game became quite open towards the end, but that’s fine.
“Obviously, we would have liked to win the match, but this is a tough place to come and I said before that Cambridge aren’t a bad side.
“As long as we go on to follow that with good performances and results, then we can look back on it as a positive point.
“There was a brilliant block to deny Colby and a few scrambles, while our opponents also had some openings, but we defended our box well to preserve the clean sheet.
“We had to deal with Connor’s early injury and that’s a bit of a concern and he came away with crutches and a boot.
“When he goes down you fear it’s going to be something serious, but hopefully it’s not and we’ll have to see.
“Christian Saydee was just that neural problem with hamstring and so we brought him off as a precaution. He’s okay and should be fine.”
