Den 21 år gamle midtbanespilleren Tino Anjorin spiller denne sesongen for Pompey på utlån fra Chelsea.
NYHETER: Han har for lengst fått sin Pompey-debut, men vi har ikke fått presentert han før nå. 21-åringen Tino Anjorin er en midtbanespiller med landskamper opp til og med U20-nivå for England. Han har gått gradene i Chelsea, og skal nå altså spille på utlån til Pompey ut denne sesongen.
Han har fem førstelagskamper for Chelsea og har i tillegg førstelagserfaring fra utlån til Lokomotiv Moskva og Huddersfield (i Championship).

«I think everyone knows that this is something that’s been rumbling on for a while. So we’re delighted that we’ve managed to get it over the line and secure Tino’s signature – we’re excited to see what he’s going to bring.
We’ve got a player with Premier League capability, who’s excellent on the ball and has real athletic qualities. He can carry it, he can find a pass and he can score a goal – now he has to knit all that together on a consistent basis.
I think he can be a big threat for us. We’re bringing in a real talent and have to ensure we make the most of that. It’s a move that we thought was gone after bringing in Alex Robertson, but the injuries to Tom Lowery and Kusini Yengi meant it opened back up again. «It’s a pleasure to be here and I’ve been welcomed by such lovely people already. I’m excited to get the deal done. I wanted to sign because of the programme they have for me to develop as a player and the aspirations the club has. It’s good that we’re on the same page and want to build something together. You don’t need to sell Pompey – it’s a massive club and Fratton Park is such an establishment, plus there are the fans. It feels like a family and I love that. Everyone seems to be together and that’s what I want to come into. This is a new chapter in my life that I’m really excited for and it’s all about me developing. I feel I can do that here.”
