Pompey-Chelsea 1-1

Well Joakim had organized me four tickets for the game, so I took with me three Norwegian friends (for the life of me they support Man U, Tottenham, and Liverpool I think), well we should of taken plane from Gardemoen Friday evening, and but due to bad weather all flights cancelled that evening, so ended up drinking; during the waiting time, we met a group of people going to the game, they work for OKI and had invited Johan Golden with them, so talked to him for a while, funny man although he supports the Gunners.

Johan Golden til høyre 🙂

The next day, all back on track first flight out Saturday morning, landed Standsted, took, train to London, then down to Portsmouth Fratton. Taxi to hotel, then pub, watched a bit of the game that was shown on Tv before kick off time, walked to Fratton, half hour walk.

Fra Milton End.

Well seating was perfect, Milton End behind the goal left of the away supports, ten rows from the pitch. What an atmosphere, Chelsea supporters sing about A, Cole, very amusing then at one point whole stadium sing the same song.

Fair result I thought and James played another outstanding game, as well as the rest of the team.

Portsmouth – Aston Villa 2-0

Was in England the week before Easter, so what better way then to go and watch a game, Well this was a special game for me seeing as it was my daughters first football game. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the excitement that ran through the crowd when Pompey got their first goal, was amazing, and the expression on my daughters face was well, she didn’t know weather to laugh or cry, so I picked her up, and showed her all the commotion and she looked at me and started cheering, never forget that and it was a truly remarkable experience for the both of us.
